Management
Dave Olszak is president with 37 years of experience in creating and improving the living and working environments in major US and foreign cities. A builder of office and residential towers, schools and medical institutions; Dave has led the construction teams of major projects with a commitment to performance while closely monitoring quality, schedule and financial parameters.
Dave is also the owner of Aqua Service Company, our sister company which services and sells commercial and industrial water treatment equipment in the U.S. Midwest region. Over the past 48 years, Aqua Service Company has serviced over 3000 clients.
John Olszak is the executive vice president with 30 years of experience in product research and sales organizations. John’s expertise of managing product quality control, just-in-time inventory delivery, field installation crews and on-site sales teams brings to the organization a unique management style. His “no excuses” approach to delivery and installation is much-admired by our clients.
